European customers: If you do not want to submit your order and credit card information online, you can call element5 Customer Service at +49-221-31088-20.

When you order by phone, please provide the ProductID 150941 (Personal License), 159885 (Business License), or 5 Business Licenses Pack (ID #520410) to the operator. This is the only way the order can be placed on the phone.

Check and Cash Orders

We accept personal checks from our US customers. We also accept Canadian personal checks that are written on US Dollar accounts.
We request that customers outside of the USA and Canada send only guaranteed bank checks such as cashier's checks. You will receive detailed information by e-mail after your order is processed.
You can also send us cash by mail. You will receive notification of our postal address by e-mail after your order is submitted.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
